Running a small business with QuickBooks is the easy way to a happier business. For their FY20 launch, we created a campaign showing iconic, notoriously grumpy characters from the past, who are now transformed business owners thanks to QuickBooks and their smart accounting solutions.
Comedy director Harold Einstein helped bring Sensei Kreese (Martin Kove) from Karate Kid and Janine Melnitz (Annie Potts) from Ghostbusters back to life, but this time with a smile on their faces, and a whole new attitude.
The commercials were part of a $100m global launch campaign spanning multiple channels from TV to OLVs, social posts, GIFs, IG Stories and even Koala Kai merchandise.
